I've been doing really well exercising and about 80% with my food. I'm loving going to the gym, it makes me feel great! I think the weight increase is because TOM is intown and I've had some issues with "Mr. C". Last night I did BodyAttack at the gym, which is 55 minutes of cardio, it's pretty hard! And tonight I have Scottish Country Dance, tomorrow is Zumba.

Other than that things are pretty much settling into a routine here. I still love my new job, it's fun! I'm having lunch today with co-workers from my last job, so that will be really nice.
122.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done for all the exercising! I've got to increase mine, as I do a lot of housework and general running around after the kids and going to different appointments, but not really enough formal exercise, as I'm here a lot on my own with the kids, due to my husband and I working shifts, so I can't just pop off to the gym or go to an exercise class whenever I feel like it. Keep up the good work! :)

I can only imagine how hard it is to get fit with kids, work and a husband. It's just me, my partner, our 2 dogs and work and I sometimes struggle to get it all done! In the past I made myself a workout schedule for my DVD workouts, maybe that will work for you?

I agree - making a schedule for workouts and treating them just like other important appointments is very helpful! Glad you are loving your new job!! :)
