Increase in weight. Puzzling
248.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It could be something as simple as too much sodium. Fluctuations are normal because our bodies are made up of 60% water. If you exercised hard yesterday, that could also cause your muscles to retain water. Google "why the scale lies" for some insight.
