Have been going to spin 4-5 times a week plus my regular weight lifting energy. Lifestyle change is being more concious about the number of calories I eat. I read somewhere men burn 11 calories for every pound. I want to be and stay at 195 pounds so that is only 2145 a day. Which is pretty reasonable. Exercise doesn't mean I can eat more. If I know I am going to go out and have something heavy, then I save during the week so I can have one high calorie item.

237.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great strategy on the saving until one big meal thing. Its been found that doing that also keeps your metabolism from growing accustomed to diets, making it burn calories at a consistent rate! Keep it up, you're doing great!
