We don't have a scale in the house, so I broke out the Wii Fit board to get my weigh in. I don't know if it's as accurate as a true scale, but it's what I've got. It put my weight at 272.3. Happy loss. Movement in the right direction.
Eating less and paying attention to what I eat is starting to settle into a habit. I've only gone over my daily calorie goals when I'm staying with family, and a couple other times too. Those are the times I'm aware that I'm over eating, but I like to sideline the diet when I'm out.
I've also been paying better attention to when I start to feel full. Saving the food for later instead of eating it now because it tastes good.

Still to go: 47.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
