haven't lost anything. had art culinaire class yesterday, then another class an hour later. we made a bunch of starches and carbs and shrimp and lobster. i'm not a huge fan of shrimp, and chef made me prep the lobsters, no one else had to. basically i had to take the live lobsters and cut them in half. they were still moving while chef was brushing the halves with marinade. needless to say, i didn't eat any. ended up eating rice and potatoes and what not. probably not great for me, but the lobster thing was gross and i wouldn't have time to eat for another 4 or 5 hours.
making sushi and other japanese food in asian cuisine class tonight. i've decided i should try everything in lab classes like i'm supposed to instead of worrying about calories. it's only one meal twice a week, so meh.
172.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
