Well, 2.6 lbs, not bad, not as much as I hoped, but that just makes me want to work harder this week. I'm pleased that I lost a bit. So off to school for the day and hopefully I'll be able to get a gym workout in this afternoon, but I've got so much going on, I'm not sure. May just have to double up tomorrow. Good luck everyone!

I see you have taken the advice of the Hershey's kisses as well! I have a bag of them. They're great because there's not many calories in them yet you (at least I do) still feel guilty if you eat too many! I'm pretty busy to try to fit in a workout today too, we should both make sure to fit it in though, no matter what. Maybe we can both get a 3 pound loss next week! (Though , I suppose anything is good, right? )

That is more than 2% of your body weight that you lost last week. Pretty dang good job, I would say

Waaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!! ALthough you beat me so booooooooooo!!! hahah. I was thinking though that as you have been going to the gym so much you have probably been building up some muscle. I reckon, like Victorialynn, that we can both get 3lb weight loss next week. :)

I agree with Juno... you'll start to build more lean muscle, which burns more calories. So, even if you don't see the scale move down as much, or if it moves UP, remember, it's that lean muscle which is doing you good. To prove this to your head and heart, keep measurements, too. That way, if you see the scale go up and measurements go down, you won't get depressed.
