Woohoo! 149 on my scale this morning - it is such a great feeling to get under 150! I weighed 151.4 at Weight Watchers. That is a 2.8 lb weight loss in the past 2 weeks. I'm very happy with that. I'm trying to make this a life style change, not a diet. For me this means not depriving myself completely, enjoying the foods I love in moderation, putting aside my old "all or nothing" thinking, aiming for persistence vs perfection. I'm very proud of myself for sticking with this and making progress towards this new way of thinking, I think it's been about 7 weeks now and I've lost 13 lbs since Jan. 4th. Fat Secret and the support of everyone has really made the difference for me this time!

Congratulations! I'm looking forward to seeing less than 150, too. Coincidentaly, my last weigh in at WW was a 2.8 loss too. Mine was over a 2 wk period but was am still happy. Ditto to most all your post; it's a new, more positive "mind set" for me, too. Moderation--not total deprivation--has been a big plus for me as well. Feels so good to be eating healthy and taking care of ourselves!
