Wed - didn't workout. Had the plan of when and issues came up keeping me from going to the gym right up to 8pm. Just went to bed. So frustrated with the day. Frustrated with self. Frustrated with situation. Didn't sleep well. When did sleep, big time dreams. UGH. Tomorrow - workout no matter what (swimming). Get resume to Larry. Focus on what I can control.
