I'm exercising more but eating out too much. Why can't I make myself record my food every day?! I'm putting a note on my night table to remind myself I have to record what I ate before going to sleep!
201.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The key to recording what I eat is to make myself record it BEFORE I eat it- not putting anything in my mouth before I put it in my food journal. I use the Calorie Counter app on my cell phone, so this is easy to do on the go. If you don't have a smartphone, grab a small notepad (or even just a folded piece of paper!) to keep in a pocket or purse, to scribble it down real quick. I hope this helps!! :)
