I'm happy to say that I lost 1.1 lbs between yesterday and today! My big challenge today will be exercising restraint at the cocktail party I'm attending this evening. Those party snacks tend to be my downfall.
I was pretty hungry last night, but I limited my evening snack to a cup of oatmeal, which tided me over until I went to sleep.
I did manage to keep myself under control at the party. I did have two slices of meat (instead of 1), and I enjoyed the smore's for dessert (but stopped after 1). I think it helped that our hostess had some healthy appetizers, so I tried to snack on grapes and carrots (w/out dip) before sitting down to dinner.
