Side cramps during day, right side. No leg cramps last night
Walk and short stationary bike
side cramps on and off. oddly enough all uneasyness went away for a while after dinner
290.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
