Line in the sand! Start over! Eliminate meat, dairy, alcohol, sugar & flour. Exercise every day...something everyday! :-) goal - feel better, more energy, better endurance & healthier!
127.6 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
