Don't worry about it too much - you enjoyed the holidays and the post-holiday effect is totally reversible. Once you're back into your usual routine everything will be right back on track :)

Thanks! Quit smoking on Sunday, so that's making it tougher yet. Although, quitting smoking 3 years ago is what caused most of my weight gain in the first place, I'm NOT letting that happen again!

Go you! Best of luck with the quitting smoking. It's quite a challenge. Are you using anything to help besides will power? I'd be happy to help with any tax needs you have!

Yay for the quitting smoking! I quit 3 months ago, and it was quite a challenge. I did gain a few, but am finally back in the groove of health and fitness. I am here for support if you need it!

@ zimmermk: Thanks again! I started using the nicotine lozenges yesterday, they seem to be helping. Still get crazy food cravings though! Thanks, but my taxes are pretty simple actually!
@ Linday: Good for you! Thanks!
I've quit before, once for 3 years and another for 2. Just gotta get over the initial anxiety of it!

Congrats on quitting smoking. That makes it tough to keep dieting. :) You sound like you will find a way to balance both though. Hope the exercise went well yesterday and kept you on track with everything else.

Thanks! It is tough, I want to eat constantly, which is why I gained so much weight when I quit a couple years ago! I'm not letting that happen again!!
