This past week (after the hollidays) I was more specific with weighing my food. But, I'm still not paper tracking (as the WW plan would like for me to do....). I've been mentalling tracking now for about a year and it seems to be working.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
