Today I have officially stablized at 218. No question on this one. I am eating what I burn and have not lost an ounce in the past 3 weeks or so. I am starting my own little 30 day challenge to deficit myself 750 Kcals per day. This should result in a 6-7 pound loss (8 if I get a jump start) in the month of Dec. I guess you would call this a diet but I do not want to look at it that way. Want to think of it as a 30 day challenge.
