I fasted on 1/13/2010 for religious purposes. I expect I may gain back at least 1 lbs. of what I lost yesterday.

Currently I plan to fast next Wednesday, and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday the following week.
177.9 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 12.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
