:( Gained 1/2 pound as of Saturday AM. I'm wondering if it's muscle weight though, because I definately still notice a difference in my clothing.
227.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 67.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
