I hoping for a fresh start in 2010! Today hasn't started out the best due to my failure to plan....no breakfast, long morning meeting caused me to miss noon cycling class. And now I'm not motivated to go to 5:30 yoga class - just want to go home!
162.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
