Yikes. But started keeping my WW points again today and am planning on doing workouts in the AM. Going to try and do Turbo Jam and later maybe add in some P90X. Greg is on board this time too since he's frustrated he can't fit into his clothes. I would love to lose the 26 pounds and get down to an even 100 since that's when I was in my best shape. But more than weight I am focusing on working out and getting my body fat percentage down.

It's a NEW YEAR!
126.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

I'm with you on the Yikes! I'm a slow starter, but looking for the New Year attitude to kick in soon! Have fun with the workouts.

Bib, you do your best when you are active on fs! Stay with us, record your foods here and at home you and Greg do your thing! You will be at goal in NO TIME! Have you ever done a the p90x for 90 days staight?
