So far I feel like I'm doing pretty good. Yesterday I had lunch with our big family and ate well even with all the "non adkins" food. Makes me proud! I did have a migraine in the middle of the night. That wasn't so fun! But I lost when I weighed this morning so i was really happy about that. I really am not minding the adkins because I can eat until I get full. I found a lot of great looking recipes last night on fatsecret and I can't wait to try them!! I feel like once I make this eating a habit it's something I could do forever.
230.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
