Well, too much food & drink as usual! Club meeting last night & Katie's birthday on Saturday. 100 miler on Saturday & hill climb on Sunday coming up. Let's see if i can behave myself this week :)
210.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
