I have been through alot in the last 90 days but I refuse to lose.
294.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Thats the way to tackle this. Refuse to lost the battle. We all have tough stretches (went really downhill for a few months after death of my father a few years ago.) but we pull ourselves back up and try harder not to diet but to succeed in a lifestyle change and be healthier. I am also Battling pre diabetes so It is really tough. Good luck and you have a whole community here to help. I don't judge but only listen unless asked for advise. take care.
