Went to the gym first time in a year. I felt kind of loss. tommorow im going to ask sombody, working there for some directions where to start. I managed to keep my bad eating habits par now for a month.
400.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
