Unfortunenatly, cycling last week was only 116 km./73 miles and added a motorcycle weekend in Germany and so I gained 1 kilo... pff.

Helaas, fietsen was de laatste week maar 116 km. en daaraan toegevoegd een motorweekend in Duitsland en zo mocht ik weer 1 kilo bijtellen... pff.
222.7 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
