Last week was a good one roadcycling.
And took the weekend resting.
It paid out to attend my programm, sports and eating.

Afgelopen week ging het wielrennen goed.
En heb het hele weekend gerust.
Vandaag de beloning van het volgen van mijn programma, sportend en etend.
222.9 lb Lost so far: 24.3 lb.    Still to go: 24.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
