Well folks, It's back to Induction Phase! I knew I had been putting on weight and was in denial - and kept avoiding the scale for a month. At least, thank goodness I didn't put it ALL back on, though it was close!
This summer has been miserably hot and I was miserable with the heat - so food was my comfort and my doom. As of this Saturday - junk food is up for grabs by anyone at the office - everything in my pantry and fridge is marked with the # of carbs per serving - I've got the GOOD food I can eat - and I'm back on track! Yeah, finally - and I even feel like cooking again!
On Sat. was at 168, today I'm at 165.6 - so I've lost 2.4 pounds - a start. And, thank goodness, my liquor cabinet is almost emptied and I'm avoiding the liquor store - still have wine though, I'm saving it for when I get into the 150s again.
