Ran a 10K today, second one I've done. I beat my lst time with 52:25, but was not able to place. I think carb loading on Friday nite pasta is messing with my weight loss, but helping me to finish races...hmmmm-what to do!?!?
141.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Let's see. Continue to run and burn the carbs. Your auntie can not even sit for 10K's - let alone run for 10 K's. Good job!

thanks... I'm sticking to 5K's tho- much easier on my knees! We had a hill yesterday that was so intimidating I about stopped in my tracks!
