Day 4: I think I'm going to change these so they talk about the day before, so:

Day 3: Followed diet. Made Sesame Seed Tilapia recipe and really liked it. No exercise other than walking the dogs because I've been a slacker.
120.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
