Finally the scale is showing in my favor again. Been cutting out cheese and that seems to make a difference too. extra salad and veggies. Found some really good soy crisps that are low in calories and carbs for something with crunch besides celery! Ab rail that my husband bought is really giving my mid section a work out! oww! But a feel good kind of owww, you know what I mean!?
111.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week

Ah, it's always a good feeling when you laugh and your midsection trembles with pain because you know you've worked it really well. Don't you hate giving up cheese?!

I had to cut out cheeses too. I am sad about that. :( but it seems to help. Congrats on the add'l weight loss.

Yeah!! I have a feeling I need to cut back on the cheese. I eat it almost all the time with turkey or celery for my snacks. This week, I'll cut back. I know what you mean about a good oww after working out. My legs are feeling it today after yesterday's workout! But I love it!
