I'm so excited! I'm starting to find what works for me - basically trying to eat healthy 80% of the time and allowing myself to enjoy the foods I love (and a litte wine onthe weekend!) in moderation! This weekend we went out to eat with friends and I had the best meal ever at Minervas. It was a grilled salmon on a bed of grilled veggies. There was a lot of olive oil so not so low cal but oh so delicious and still healthy. I even had a mini blizzard. So I definitely wasn't feeling deprived. I balanced it out with healthy meals on Sunday. I'm cutting down on the carbs and mostly eating chicken breasts, veggies, and salads. And I always have a skinny cow ice cream treat at night. I eat a lot of salads with spinach, salad greens, feta cheese, chicken breast, red grapes (or strawberries or blue berries, and almonds or pecans - very satisfying!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You sound like you are in a very GOOD place! I think it is easier to make good choices once we start feeling better! Sounds like you have found foods you love and that work for you. Loving all the fresh fruits right now - good for us and so delicious. It is hard to feel deprived when the produce is so delicious right now. You do need to get the raspberry whipped cream - such a rewarding treat!
