Doing pretty good with the working out and eating right. A few slip ups here and there and some drinking...which isn't ever good for trying to lose weight because it makes me hungry when I drink so I've got the drinks calories and then the extra food cause I'm hungry calories and it all adds up! So yeah, but I'm going to be me and do what I do I just need to watch it! I really think exercise is the key and my clothes are feeling a lot looser even though the pounds/numbers are not going away as quickly as I would like but maybe I'm not being realistic about numbers anyways. Who knows...my body will tell me.

Lost so far: 6.5 lb.
Still to go: 53.5 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
