I thought I did so well yesterday that I might get an early pay off at the scale but I went up a half pound, how disappointing! I guess I should know better than to hop on the scale every day.

When I weighed yesterday I was pleasantly surprised to see that I was down 2 pounds from the week before without even trying.

I am looking forward to getting below 160 - so close, but yet seems so far away!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 June 2011:
1415 kcal Fat: 49.64g | Prot: 63.16g | Carb: 187.40g.   Breakfast: raspberries, kashi honey oat cereal, soy milk light. Lunch: seven layer bar, Fresh Fruit Salad, cheese, ham, bread wheat. Dinner: watermelon, stir fry sauce, stir fry vegetables, pea pods, chicken breast. Snacks/Other: chocolate truffle skinny cow. more...

Hang in there - I tend to fluctuate for a couple of days before I see real results on the scale.
