Eatting a lot of veggies from my garden, and anyone who will donate to the cause. Keepping away from all fried, processed and no sweets. If I need a sweet a piece of fruit or two. Having a breakdown and over eatting, gorge my self with fresh salad no dressing,red, orange, green bell peppers, cucumbers etc.... Making sure to have my Omega's not, too many starches, but enough I can function. Make sure to get plenty of lean protein, egg whites and fish mostly. Some times I will have skim milk or soy milk , 1/4 bran flakes with 1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats, and a piece of fruit and one scoop of unflavored protein shake.Lots and lots a water. At least 3/4 to one gallon a day. My exercise is running the chain saw, weed eater, push mowing 2 acers of rough terraine, dragging trees to my burn pile,( with no motorized help, just me myself and I), raking, digging, moving big rocks, picking my veggies from garden, (and weeds:( ) plant flowers, pour concrete. Figured it out, this is my HOUSE work. And my exercise. In the winter I sometimes get fat, because I don't want to go out side. :(
126.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
