Whatever! Stupid scale! I don't really care what the number says because I am losing inches. Everyone notices that I've lost weight & I can even see it coming off of my face & legs. So :P to you scale!
169.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm glad somebody said it!! I fell off the wagon last week, but am back this week. Before that I was really working hard and eating better (or at least fewer calories than before) and my scale was not moving much. I can tell in the way my clothes fit that I'm losing something so I agree :P to the scale!

Ladies we are all on the same wavelength. I swear if I saw 184 again the scale I was going to throw it out my fifth floor window. I decided to give up the scale for three weeks until i finish my first phase of p90x. I will check again when I do my monthly weight in and measurements. I can kinda see it. Anyway, keep up the good work.

LOL my scale and I had a fight about him being a dirty little liar...I threatened him with the softball bat and viola! Finally lost a whole pound ;) But seriously, if you're doing any kind of strength building or toning...muscle weighs more than fat...focus on how you're clothes are fitting and your measurments...thats what I'm trying to do at least.
