BF est 9.8%

Not quite sure why the 1.5% overnight spike...that's outside the usual 1% range. Oh well. Don't think I generated 2 pounds of fat overnight - especially while the scale dropped half a pound.
Water weight fluctuations sure make metrics more interesting.
153.2 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
