Gasp, I didn't expect any result as the weekend was (again) with lots of calories. But during the day I watched what I did and only spontaneous there were some 'bad' things I eate. Now I am over the half, upto 90 kilo's!

Wow, Ik verwachte geen resultaat waar het weekend (alweer) erg calorierijk was. Overdag heb ik wel op mijn eten gelet en alleen spontaan waren er soms wat 'slechte' dingen bij. Nu ben ik over de helft, op naar de 90 kilo!
220.0 lb Lost so far: 27.1 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
