Things have been busy! I used to check FatSecret during my lunch at work, but since going back after having Thompson I have been seeing a chiropractor and joined Weight Watchers which were taking up most of my lunch times. I have also been completely swamped with work, but I think it's settled down some now, so hopefully I will be back to journalling regularly.

I joined WW the beginning of April at 140 pounds and I'm down 7 pounds to 133. It's not where I wanted to be, but I really try to look at it without getting discouraged because I know the weight isn't going to fall right off since I have had to work at keeping it off since college. And honestly I haven't exercised too much while I was pregnant or since having Thompson. A couple weeks ago I started back up and it felt great! I had worked out M-Th and then Friday I was sick with a fever and just not feeling well, so wasn't up to a workout. Then my cousin got married that Saturday, we spent Sunday catching up on housework, etc. and I got derailed. So no workouts last week. It's amazing how hard it is to do something for yourself and your health. I just finished a workout and feel like I'm in a good place. I know where I want to go with my eating and exercise for the rest of the year and have written out not only weight loss goals (since it's not always about the # on the scale), but other goals for fitness and flexibility.

Thompson is 5 months old already and he's such a GOOD baby. He is really happy and smiles so much. He pretty much sleeps through the night. He's been rolling over for a couple months and he is attempting to crawl, but not quite there.
133.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week

I really love reading your entry. You did a good Job so far!! I know that it is not easy to lose weight when you do not have time to do some exercises. I agree because I am a student at uni and doing the internship. I find it is hard to manage the time for everything. Good luck and keep doing some exercises. I always support you! :)
