ate 5 rice c's & two froze apples, loads of coco coffee, 4 rc's& big seaweed salad lunch, reg salad dinner with 3 rc ( bana & pnutbuttah & sweet) mmmmmm, down 1.5 lbs from day before (thurs) this meal plan works. also 2 walks, like 1 hr 30mins total. sweet!
124.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
