My goal of seeing the 350's for the first time since my diet last year is almost here. My hopes was that I would see it on friday, and that is surely a possibility. I have gone down every single day now to the point where I step on the scale prepared NOT to see a weigh loss and I do. I have been busy this week shopping for our DIY project which has kept me moving...so I am sure that is a plus! That...plus MCD ice cream cone...lol
My fat secret is: MCD ice cream cone...and shopping!
