I have no idea what happened here, it's probably my sick cheat catching up with me. Still on top! Pick up and move on :-)

That is first keep to your goal, do not do a cheat day, just eat those empty calorie at a minimum and stay longer in your exercise that day to burn of those extra calories.

The weight gain can be any number of things such as water retention etc. You are right, you are still on top!
