Must get my head outta my rear and get SERIOUS again. WHY do I become so unmotivated? I wonder if it's because I have people telling me how great I look...then I think to myself "well I must look good so I guess I could slack a bit". So frustrating!!!!!!!! It's still a loss but I HAVE to make next week better.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
