Up in the weight because TOM is in town, so I'm not worried. Have followed the diet about 85% over the course of the week. Some days were 100% others less, but overall it was pretty good.
I need to really try and motivated myself to get up in the morning and exercise. I have done some of my workouts, just not as much as I thought I would.
