Though I followed the diet and ate lots of proteins and very few carbs yesterday there were things I ate in excess and I've been skipping the green tea. But on it with a fury today (also bloated due to hormonal issues....tmi) so i'm hopeful for tomorrow.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
