Going down down baby......
366.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 186.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2782 kcal Fat: 124.85g | Prot: 107.17g | Carb: 301.19g.   Breakfast: Kiwi Fruit , Silk Light Vanilla Soy Milk, frozen strawberries. Lunch: fresh mozzarella, Tomatoes Beefsteak, season salt, pepper. Dinner: ice tea, Lemonade, string beans, Macaroni & Cheese, Original Chicken Breast Nuggets. Snacks/Other: Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, drumstick, 1/3 less fat cream cheese, Pringles Light Fat Free Sour Cream & Onion. more...
