I have given up tracking food and exercise right now. Things are just too chaotic at the moment, and it doesn't look like anything will settle down for a while. I know I'm not eating as properly as I was a few weeks ago, but I'm not as bad as I was a few months ago. It'll do for now, and I am still (slowly) losing weight.

I miss my routine. June is always a nutty month and then we have our trip in July. After that things will settle down. I expect to gain some weight during our trip, after all a vacation is for enjoying oneself, right? But come August 1, I'll be back at it. In the meantime, I'm just going to track my weight here weekly.
