My goal of being able to get back on the treadmill slowly tomorrow seems to be possible. My leg is healing and feeling much better. I can walk without crutches with a little limp. Its ace bandaged and I keep applying ice to help the swelling dissapear 100%.

My eating has been fair. I have not hit the mark of eating 1000 to 1200 calories and under 1500 at the most, but my 1600 and 1700 are defeats anyhow since they are not ridiculously higher than my goals. I will focus on acheiving my goals still though.

My weigh is going down. A little slower than I would like, but down nonetheless. I cant wait to get back to being active instead of a couch and desk potato.

slow an steady still gets the weight off...not really about how fast it comes off..its about being consistent and getting into a healthy eating an exercising lifestyle an stayin in the habit...have a great day...
