Ended up gaining a pound this week....eating what I am hungry for, and probably eating when I am NOT hungry as well...
Slept well laswt night and no sign I walked in my sleep...ate only one of the yogurt cups and some flax seed for breakfast, and then one of the low calorie milk shakes for lunch that is mainly 2 cups of skim milk and some flavoring and artificial sweetner...and will try to keep myself from over doing it for supper and afterwards.
I'm going to have to "calorie" average for a while....get back on the band wagon and get this weight off. I am still over a BMI of 30+ so need to get moving.
