virtually unable to stay OWL while with family in Hawaii since the 13th...workouts were much easier to maintain...gratifying to stay around the weight that I left with...OWL to return with Saturday being off the discipline for my mother's 84th birthday
244.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
