Last week was not my best. Enough reasons to explain, but next week I have to prove weighing in that I followed my foodpatern again!

Afgelopen week was niet mijn beste. Genoeg redenen om het uit te leggen, maar de volgende week met de gewicht registratie moet ik bewijzen dat ik mijn normale eetpatroon weer volg!
230.2 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
