And then, after nearly a month of struggling, the goal was quietly surpassed.
I'm not getting overly attached to the weight loss since the weekend is upon us and that is when my weight jumps around a bit, but it does show that I'm moving in the right direction. I think the weight training has helped considerably. Especially moving up to three sets of gradually more difficult reps.
New goal: 148

Lost so far: 23.2 lb.
Still to go: 2.6 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
